- Download the Zoom for Windows application via the following Link.
- Open the folder where the Zoom application file is stored. Double click the Zoom application to start the installation.
- Wait for the initialization and installation process on your PC to complete.
How to Create a Zoom Account
- After the installation is complete, the Zoom Cloud Meetings window will appear, click the Sign In button.
- To create your account, click the Sign Up Free link.
- Enter your date of birth in the box provided and then click the Continue button.
- After that, enter the email address that will be registered on Zoom in the Your work email address box and then click the Sign Up button.
- Then, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. So, go to your gmail account then find and open the email for Zoom account activation. In the email, click the Activate Account button.
- Select Yes or No for the question 'Are you signing up on behalf of a school?'. If you do not represent any school, click the No. option. Then, click the Continue button.
- Now, first of all, enter your name and password according to the applicable regulations, namely that there are capital and lowercase letters in it and numbers. Click the Continue button to proceed to the next stag.
- Second, if you have people who will be invited to the meeting that you will create after registering, please enter the email addresses of those people to invite them and tick the captcha. If it doesn't exist (just want to create an account), click Skip this step.
- Third, here you can choose 2 buttons. Start Meeting Now button (marked by number 1) to start the meeting immediately. Meanwhile, the Go to My Account button (marked by number 2) is used to enter your profile/account page.
- If you select Start Meeting Now, then you will be directed to this page. Click the Launch Meeting button.
- If a pop-up appears as shown in the image below, click the Open Zoom Meetings button.
- Now, you have created a new meeting where you are the host.
- Meanwhile, if you select Go to My Account, you will be directed to a profile page as shown in the image below. To change your profile information, click Edit.
- Please change your name or something else, when finished, click the Save Changes button.
How to Log In Zoom Account
1. Open the Zoom application on your PC. You can search for it in search and then click the Zoom Application.
2. After the Zoom application appears, click the Sign In button.
3. Here you can enter manually by entering your email address and password or through your Google, Facebook, and SSO accounts.
For example, I log in manually so I fill in my email and password in the box provided. So that I don't have to bother logging in again, I check the Keep me signed in contact which is marked by a blue box. After that, click the Sign In button as indicated by the arrow in the image below.
4. Now, you have successfully logged into your Zoom account.
