Wireless Network Watcher is a small utility to search for wireless/Wi-Fi networks around you and displays a list of all computers and devices currently connected to that network. At this time the use of Wireless/Wifi networks has been used by many people, and almost everyone already has a wireless network either at home or in the office. However, on most wireless devices such as routers that are used at home, not all of them have the ability to see what devices are connected.
Wireless Network Watcher network monitoring software is suitable for small networks such as homes and offices that have small areas and utilities.
With every computer connected to the network at a place that we will monitor, the data from each computer will automatically be known, such as the IP address and MAC address, the type of your network card, and the computer name.
List reports connected to the network can be directly exported to html, xml, csv, and text files by copying the clipboard list and pasting them into various data processing software such as excel.
For each computer or device connected to your network, the following information is displayed: IP address, MAC address, company that manufactured the network card, and optionally the computer name. Although this utility is officially designed for wireless networks, it can also be used for small wired networks.
Download and extract the program to a folder then run the WNetWather.exe file. Once this application is run, it automatically detects your wireless network adapter and scans it to display a list of computers and devices connected to your wireless network.
If this application fails to detect the wireless network adapter, it can select another adapter from the advanced options by pressing the F9 key. Although this tool is designed to search for wireless networks, it can also be used to display wired networks.
You can also export the list of connected devices to an html/xml/csv/text file, or copy the list to the clipboard and then paste it into Excel or another spreadsheet application.
