Diabetes Logbook X is a charity or free diary to track and report diabetes related events: blood sugar, insulin units (for two types of insulin), carbs consumed, medications used, test for ketones, events and levels. Diabetes Diary X is a diary application to track and report diabetes related information such as:
- Blood glucose readings, in mmol/L or mg/dL
- Insulin and medications taken drink
- Carbohydrate intake
- Ketone test
- Weight, height, body mass index calculated and HbA1c
- Event name
- Free text notes.
This is your data, so you can export it as a text file and import it from other diabetes sources, currently: X Diabetes Diary Export File DM v3.3 for Palm (CSV export file), UTS Diabetes v1. 3 (saved email file).
Five types of reports are available and are based on reports we have used with our Diabetes medical team for over 2 years: detailed list, summary list for each time period for the day, a blood sugar log, as well as graphs and grades.
