EnzLab for OS X allows you to perform enzyme kinetics studies using computer simulation. You can obtain a large amount of test data (simulation) in a very short time and thus focus on planning your testing strategy.
The computer generates an enzyme (of the selected type) at random. You can then conduct experiments with enzymes by varying the volume of enzyme solution used, the pH, and the concentrations of substrates and inhibitors.
The program allows you to determine the accuracy of your experiments and analyze your results to obtain values for the kinetic parameters Michaelis-Menten Km and Vmax, and to obtain information about the quality inhibition.
